Ballet classes for girls and boys from the age of three and up. At the youngest level our classes focus on building coordination and engaging the children's imagination with the use of music, stories and props.

Students will learn techniques and styles associated with the dancing you'd most often see on stage in a show. It is an excellent foundation for other theatrical styles such as Musical Theatre and Contemporary dance.

At Horsham School of Dance we offer three levels of Contemporary classes - an introductory level, incorporating Jazz dance for ages eight to twelve, an Intermediate level and a senior level.

Intricate and rhythmical, tap dancing develops excellent coordination and cardiovascular fitness as well as being a fantastic workout for the brain! We start tap combined with modern at around 5 years old.

The term "triple threat" is applied to those who can sing, dance and act - all to a high standard! ​Our musical theatre classes will equip you with all three skills, as well as being creative and fun.

For some students, dance becomes more than a hobby. For those with the determination and dedication to do more, our teachers are qualified to teach the higher levels required by the 'vocational' grades.

Improved balance, reduced stress, and increased cardiovascular fitness are all benefits of taking dance classes as an adult. The social aspect and the uplifting music makes for a life-affirming experience!
